Kendall’s primary focus is Short Sales. He has perfected a special knack with being a problem solver. His expertise in the Pre-Foreclosure short sales market, makes him second to none even in a competitive market. During a declining market in the early 2000s, Kendall was able to gross over 17 million dollars solely in Short Sale transactions. 

Kendall will share with us his extensive knowledge of short sale transactions and why he believes that short sales are much of an overlooked way of acquiring deals.
